Let’s look at the pattern. Season 1 premiered in February 2026. Season 2 finally graced our screens in January 2026. That’s a three-year gap. Yikes. But don’t throw your waffle party invite away just yet!
Here’s the good news: Season 2 was delayed by the Hollywood strikes and some very complicated “refining.” According to the showrunners, production on Season 3 is already moving faster. They’ve said the story is mapped out, and the scripts are in great shape.
So, experts (and by “experts,” I mean people on Reddit with too much time) are betting on a late 2026 or early 2026 release. That’s still a long wait, but it’s not “find a new personality” long. We’re talking maybe 18 months, not 36. Progress!

Plus, the cast is stacked. Adam Scott, Britt Lower, John Turturro, Christopher Walken. These folks are in high demand. Getting them all back in the same soundstage is like trying to herd cats, but with more ascots.
And let’s not forget the sets. That creepy, sterile Lumon floor? It’s a real, physical place. They have to rebuild it, repaint it, and hide more clues in the wallpaper. That’s not a quick lunch break.
