Ant McPartlin lives in a stunning Georgian mansion in the village of Stanmore, London, which sounds like a posh retirement home but is actually a leafy celebrity haven. He bought it for around £5 million, which in normal people money is enough to buy a lifetime supply of Quavers and a small island. Inside? It’s got six bedrooms, a massive garden, and a home cinema where he’s probably watched repeats of I’m a Celebrity on a loop—just for research, obviously.
But here’s the hilarious twist: Ant also owns a £3 million flat in Kensington, because why have one home when you can have two and confuse estate agents? He bought it during his divorce from Lisa Armstrong, likely as a “just in case” bachelor pad. Rumor has it the flat has a stunning view of the London skyline, though probably also a clear view of Dec’s house if you squint. Jealous? I am. Just a little.
Dec’s Mansion: The Newcastle Connection
Now, Declan Donnelly keeps it more down-to-earth—or at least, he did until he got rich. He lives in a six-bedroom manor house in Ponteland, Northumberland, not far from his hometown of Newcastle. This is a proper “local lad made good” story, complete with a swimming pool, a tennis court, and a garden big enough to host a mini Ant and Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway—complete with win the ads. Fact: The house is worth around £4.5 million, which is still less than Ant’s, but Dec gets bonus points for being near Greggs.
But wait—Dec also has a London pad, a swanky flat in Battersea worth about £2 million. Why? Well, when you’re filming Britain’s Got Talent and I’m a Celebrity, you don’t want to commute from Newcastle every day, even if your private jet has a mini bar. That would be inefficient—and we’re talking about men who still do “Saturday Night Takeaway” in their forties. They’ve earned the right to sleep wherever they fall.
