The USCIS, or United States Citizenship and Immigration Services, is the government agency responsible for handling all things immigration. From green cards to citizenship applications, they're the ones who make the magic happen. Or, you know, the ones who make you pull your hair out in frustration - either way, they're an important part of the process.
Now, the Application Support Center in Naperville is one of many centers across the country that helps applicants with their paperwork and provides biometric services (think fingerprinting and photo-taking). It's like a one-stop shop for all your immigration needs - minus the coffee and comfy chairs, unfortunately. But hey, at least they're trying to make the process as painless as possible, right?
The Naperville ASC is located in the heart of Illinois, which is great news for all you Midwest folks out there. No more trekking to the coasts for your immigration needs - unless you want to, in which case, go for it. The center is open Monday through Friday, from 8am to 4pm, because who doesn't love a good game of "beat the clock" when it comes to immigration applications?
